These Terms of Use govern your use of CarWrapQuote.com and its marketplace features. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Marketplace role
Car Wrap Quote provides technology that helps people request vehicle-wrap quotes and allows independent providers to review opportunities and submit bids. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Car Wrap Quote is not the wrap shop performing the work and is not a party to agreements made between customers and independent providers.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and all activity conducted through your account. Provider accounts may be asked to provide business or service information.
Quote requests and bids
Customers are responsible for accurately describing their requested work. Providers are responsible for the prices, timelines, qualifications, representations, and services they offer. A bid is not a guarantee that a provider will be selected or that a project will be completed.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to commit fraud, impersonate another person or business, submit unlawful or misleading content, interfere with the service, scrape or abuse the platform, evade account restrictions, or use another person’s account without permission.
Payments and paid features
If Car Wrap Quote offers paid subscriptions, credits, featured listings, or other paid features, the applicable price and billing terms will be disclosed at checkout. Third-party processors may handle payment transactions.
Provider relationships
Providers are independent businesses or individuals. Users should evaluate providers, pricing, insurance, warranties, licensing, and other qualifications appropriate to their project before entering into an agreement.
Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Car Wrap Quote permission to host, display, process, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service. You must have the right to upload any images, documents, or other material you provide.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms, create security risks, engage in fraud or abuse, or otherwise misuse the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and marketplace are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Car Wrap Quote does not guarantee the quality, availability, pricing, safety, or performance of independent providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Wrap Quote is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the marketplace or a transaction between users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
